IT problem - HELP

I can't log into a site that I do work in. My log in name and password are correct. I get to a page that says that the problem might be with my browser. HELP!!! What to do???

I downloaded Firefox because everyone raves about it and the site would not open under that either. I am freaking the FUCK out.

Did you go through and clean out all of your cookies? Try that and then restart the computer.

Sorry if I can't help. I'm a little of a techno idiot.
