Proof positive that God loves him some SFG

Just read an article that says if you sleep more, you will lose weight.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..................

Love it.

Now if we can somehow find a link between eating Hooters wings while screaming at the tv during a football game while barking at John Madden to "shut the fuck up already" and thin thighs, I'll be all good.

I heard that a while back. I have tried to explain to trainer Randy that by sleeping until noon or *gasp* two o'clock on the weekends is really me making the extra effort to workout. ;) He's not buying it so far. :P

I've heard about that too but I think it's more based on that you are sleeping so you're not stuffing your face, not that you are actually burning calories. Unless you are my Boyfriend who snores and thrashes about when he sleeps.

Now I want a nap. Damn it.
